Posting Videos From Youtube

I've posted my first video of my Duster idling on YouTube. Can someone explain to me how I can post a sound bite here? I'm totally lost!

Go to your vid,, right klik on the vid,, klik on "copy url" go to your thread and "paste" the url with a caption..

I copy and paste the youtube address but I remove the "s" following the http in the address. http{s}

Click on the "share" tab as shown in circle 1, then highlight the address shown in circle two and click and paste it into the FABO window.
