Problem encountered when viewing this page on a laptop using Firefox: Commercial Advertising Rules

The ads get in the way of the text.

Is there a small x in the corner where you can x out and delete or reduce it?

Go Gold. It helps support the site and greatly reduces the ads you see.

...and you get access to the Blue Room

The X is blue and doesn't close the ad.

Definitely planning on upgrading my membership, but was looking into vendor status.

Mostly Temu and tik tok. I'm tired of them, I spend more time looking for the x to get rid of them than I do reading what members contribute to the posts.
