WEll guys the Dart is within in a week or so from getting a fresh coat of
"Green Go" paint. That is the color I finally decided on. Between the black wheels and stripe and the Hemi orange 360,it should be pretty stunning !!!

Hey Johnny, I agree. That thing is going to be sweeet!! Nice job!

Thanks. I was thinking sence he said Green-Go it may have been the AMX color. My car is cut in right now in Sassy Grass, almost ready for complete paint, thinking of going a different color now though.
Being a body man/painter, my options are wide.......open.

Keep us posted of the paint job, can't wait to se it.

Why the second thoughts ?

After owning about 40 mopars so far, I've never owned a Sassy Grass car.
But I really wanted a Gold car again, GY4? After 8 months of misc. repairs to my car. Now would be the best time to change before actually laying the color down I don't want anymore.
I like it, but.....
Yellow is possible and so is Plum Crazy Purple, again.
What I need is another 3 or 4 more A bodies so I can have them all different colors.
I have photos of mine now that are in my garage if you want to view.

Edit: My boss laughs at me every time I bring one of my cars in for paint. They have a bet going that I'll change to black/w/red tail before car is done...#-o

You sound like me. Cant decide and it all most time to lay the paint down.

Yes we are, we have it pretty well torn apart but are getting real close to putting the fenders and doors back on to do the final blocking. I believe that my son has finally decided on sublime with the black bumblebee stripe. I don't think that it will be final until the paint is mixed because he has gone back and forth between the original gold, black, orange etc. He is at his Mothers right now so we took the weekend off on the Swinger. Anyways, thanks for remembering. Take care, and keep us posted on your progress.

That motor looks great.

Which brand of hemi orange engine paint did you use as it looks better than the stuff I got from Jegs?

It is the color they painted the i believe 69-71? 340 motors.

I thought I had the color nailed down but the wife didnt care for it. I would like her to enjoy the car but she may loose out, LOL

So she nixed the green? I knew she was a sharp cookie...

LOL, Yeah she didnt care for it. It may be for the better though. Maybe I can sneak out to the local cruise night by myself that way.

She never cared for my Panther Pink Cuda either.
