I'm thinking of renewing these rollers since the whole window regulator and rest of the bits are out. The glider in the pic comes apart to a point but the top roller is bent and I don't see how it and it's ball stem can come out? Anyone with any experience with this?
The two bottom rollers come out by pulling that pin off but the cross shaped tab on top is riveted on and that looks like what holds the bent roller and stem in.?????? Pics....

Thanks for that link inertia. After reading the description of that roller in the link I realized that the ball stem pivots and that what I thought were bent stems are really just frozen in place from years of debris, gunk, rust, etc......after soaking them with PB Blaster and putting them in the vise I was able to work them loose. Only question I have now is how loose should they be? It still takes a firm grip to make them pivot.

Lol, I don't think there is a quantitative way to describe "how loose" they should be.

So I will say, - let fear and common sense be your guide.

Clean and lube all the pivot/rollers, and channels.

    Good luck

I just finished mine. That particular assembly should be fairly stiff, The nylon roller doesn't actual roll on that particular assembly. It just rides in the track. Lube it good and make it great again!

There a roller , they should roll free as you crank the window up. If you can't get them loosened up R/T specialties has them and pretty reasonable.
