I'm wondering who to look at for insuring the cuda other than my current generic insurance company.

Are there any stipulations I need to make sure they agree to?

Do I need to have the car appraised first by the insurance company, or separate entity?

The car will not be driven much for sure but I want to make sure I'm covered for the money I have into it in case some assclown sideswipes me or something.

I also want to know if my fuel cell is going to be an issue.

Are there any websites I can look at?

Check the 'Insurance' threads.

Antique and collector car insurance is the way to go!

If I had regular insurance on my Dart and it got damaged, how much is a generic 1973 Dodge worth????

Hey Cuda..........

I have 2 listed with Classic carriers right now........

My 67 Cuda is with JC Taylor, and it's covered for 10 grand at about $129. per year.......that's annually........Crazy, I know........

My 74 Dart Sport 360 is covered for $20,000. and I pay about $265. per year..........

There is a mileage restriction on the Cuda (I think 1500 miles per year), but the Dart has no restriction. The values are what they call "agreed valuation".................

...........and don't forget that almost EVERY Classic carrier will require you to have a "locking garage" for the car.........If you don't, you won't get insurance at all.

Hagertys here with $30,000 on both cars together is $400.00 year.Lots of
stuff to fill out, pretty much do your own appraisel cause they wanna know
what everything is worth, paint job, wheels etc.You may have a problem with
your cage as they dont do "competition".Say its for "show".They want pics
of everything. Also unbolt that nitrous bottle before you snap your pics, thats
a definate no if you have one.I think you can do a estimate online and is
obligation free.
