A forged 383 crank has 6 flywheel bolts, are there 6 bolt flex plates for same ?

Well yeah.

Yes, there is only one 6-bolt pattern on any B or RB cranks. Hemi's had 8-bolts

1961 & earlier also had 6 bolt flanges but, but different flange & different off set. Cannot be used with alum TF.
