Hi all im looking for some advise on a Radiator well i have a 67 Dart gt which came with the 273 4 barrel, Auto Trans and i put my radiator in 12 months ago to get it recored ive had no issues with it but now i have rebuilt a mild 318 to go in and im using the a Alloy HV water pump and the radiator intake is on the opposite side to where the cast one used to be,as i had to replace my timing cover aswell. Now the bottom radiator hose is on the drivers side(Originally) and the pump intake is on the passenger side.Would i be able to knock some thing up with a few hoses and maybe some stainless piping to connect it? would this cause any problems with the cooling side of it as the water would have to travel further or put unnecessary load on the pump.Ive looked into trying to find some one who would have the lower tank with the out let on the opposite side but they only do em in Alloy and mine are the brass copper type.If i have no other option i will have to go with the Alloy type but would rather keep it old school.Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm a cheap SOB. "For the moment" I have a later 360, now 318 in mine. I simply crossed over in the front corner of the K member to the other side. If I ever need a better radiator, I'll deal with it.

On some radiators, you can have the lower outlet switched on the tank.

Ive been thinking about it (extending the lower hose ) but it will look shite so i will give that option a miss,Ive looked at champion Alloy radiators 3 core and not badly priced including shipping,i really didnt want to use an Alloy type but if thats all there is so be it.Its been a bit difficult trying to find a bottom tank with the correct outlets on the right side.

If you could find a cheap lower tank from or entire slant 6 radiator from a 67 , it has the lower port at right side.
