Radiator hoses for Early Truck 5.7 swap

Trying to finish off some swap parts for my 5.7 into my 71 scamp, and rad hoses have me scratching my head. As you can see from the pics, the rad is a Champion 3 core with the factory inlet and outlet locations, and I have an 04 truck timing cover on the engine, which has upper hose on driver side and lower hose on passenger side. I have had some suggestions on facebook for hoses, but none have have worked yet, or are even close with trimming.

Wondering what others here have used. Getting desperate here, as I want to get the top hose sorted so I can continue to fab my intake charge pipe setup coming from the intercooler knowing that things are where they are.

Sorry I missed the side outlet thermostat cover.

The front accessory support looked just like the 96 JGC.

I use the same cover with a similar Be Cool radiator (same one I used for the 408). I fabbed my own intake tube and use bendable metal tubing top and bottom. I did have to get a reducer hose for the large water pump inlet.

I have been thinking of going the flexible house route. Whose product did you use? I checked out some of the options on the summit website, and a lot of them say it looks nice but does not perform well in terms of longevity/durability, especially in regards to the adapters and clamps. What has your experience been like?

I dont like using those hoses but I do like the idea of using it as a gauge

Bend it to shape, take it in to a shop and see if you can't match it up

They are Summit, The rubber inlet adapter is Spectre. Longevity isn't an issue. I replaced the OE clamps with sturdier pieces (Ideal) as the will strip out. If you are going rubber, the hard part is the lower hose. There are no parts stores here around I can rummage through, so this worked well for me. I know it reminds folks of the infamous universal rubber hoses, but much like them it works.

I've heard of guys bending a coat hanger in the shape you need and taking it to the parts store and seeing if you can find a radiator hose hanging that matches.

Here is a slant 6 radiator hose that may have the bends that you need for the upper hose.

Looks like a standard lower hose for a '76 D100 truck (small block) will work for your lower hose.

I bent a coat a metal rod I had and used that then bought about 8 hoses that were close and returned the 6 I didn’t use. Had to trim them a bit. The Autozone guys let me in the back to sort through them. Just tell them the year model and the engine they will give up pretty quickly
