I never implied that J / DBL to port 4 is wrong. It is correct. In earlier posts I have attempted to clarify, You were/are looking for a G1 wire for port 10 that is not present in a 72 harness. Option 1. Add that wire from Q like factory did in 70/71 standard and rally ( I read that you already did that ). Option 2. Simply jumper to 10 from 4/J /DBL like factory did in 72.
I don't know how to make that any clearer.
Up through 71 model there were only 6 fuses. There is was one labelled "accessory" where the tach harness was attached. Without the tach harness this one doesn't have a fuse clip/terminal in it. If you had a tach in a rally dash you had a full fuse box.
I don't know which fuse box a 72 model had. That 72 model harness may have the 8 fuse box but it may not have clips at all either.
If/when I add a inline fuse holder for a accessory I label it and place it behind the column door/cover.
The diagrams you and I have show that no circuit away from ignition switch is fused, not the brown, not the blue, not the yellow, none. So adding inline fuses to one or all is on you.
