Ram Air system?

Been offered the following to fit my Dart. Would be a $50 investment.

Is it worth it for performance v engine bay clutter?
Motor is mildish 360 with 268 cam and Air gap set up.

I've been looking for something like this. It doesn't look that bad as far as clutter. I'd much rather have my engine breath in cold air than I would hot engine bay air. Is $50 for the whole kit?

Yes, a friend has it on offer. In fact its not complete, its the ram box and ducting and i'll use my existing K & N filter and pan lid and base.

That's a pretty good deal. A new one of those would be over $150.
