Not sure if this topic has been beaten to death but I am doing a full overhaul of out kid's Duster suspension. Going to stay with normal rubber up front and poly rebuild for the springs, front /rear sway bar and new front/rear shocks..I have the front already..

I understand that air shocks that you can raise / lower are not the greatest so I was considering normal gas shocks until I saw these Monroes..went to the Monroe site and couldn't find the..are these NOS ? It looks like I can change the stance a bit..

Would they be good on the back of a '75 Duster ?

Or would a set pf PSTs rear air shocks be better ?

Ian.

same problem as air shocks, the upper shock mount is not designed to handle the stress

OK..then non adjustable air shocks are for me..I had thought that..thanks for confirming.

KYB is what I used on all four corners. Don't know if they are junk or the best but I like them.
