rear sway bar with relocated springs?

So I did a search here but as usual the search engine wasn't very helpfull. What all have you done for a rear sway bar when moving the spring's inboard? My spring's will be relocated 3"inward for bigger tires. Im assuming this will interfere with a stock rear swaybar. It was suggested to me that using an e body rear swaybar will work as this bar mount's on the inboard side the rear frame rail. Will it work?

Hellwig E body rear bar seems to be the ticket.
