The Ignition lock cylinder in my 74 no longer will allow my key to go in it, used liquid wrench hoping maybe it was just jammed but no luck. How do they come out? GM's ive delt with just have a keeper screw looked around a bit in the forum but didnt come up with anything.

You'll need to remove the steering wheel and a few other parts, then push a small release button to remove the lock cylinder.

When you get that cylinder out throw it away.It is worn beyond repair. One of the biggest problems is with keys that have shallow cuts in them ,especially near the head. You most likely have a tumbler wedged sideways in the tumbler hole.
