I took my front wheel off today and the stud fell out the back of the hub. The knurled hole is not holding one stud in and it just spins. Anyone have suggestions beyond replacing the hub?

Machine shop can weld up and redrill.

Tack weld the stud in place.

Look for "repair" stud with a larger shank

If 7/16 x 20 can you change to 1/2" studs?

Put the hub into a rim and tighten the lugs .Then put a spot weld on the back of the hub to the loose stud .It's never going anywhere once the wheel is tightened to the hub

I liked the weld it up and redrill idea so that's what I did. Thanks guys! It was a little tight to weld the back and I was too lazy to take the hub off

You need a REAL parts man that can actually READ a parts book. Let him get in the book and find a stud with all the same dimensions, but a little larger knurled section. There are so many over sizes, it's pathetic.
