    That does look very clean.
I have been interested in that radio but have yet to pull the trigger on it.

Where did you order yours from? I got mine new from an eBay seller for $339. Retrosound wanted $399 plus shipping. BUT they got my order wrong and sent the incorrect knobs. My factory knobs look terrible and the new knobs don't look very good.

I've also been planning on doing this because I like the "stock" look. How many speakers are connected to your system?

Looks pretty cool. How does it work? USB plug in the rear? I wonder how many tunes I can get on a 128 gb. flash drive? lol

There are two USB drives and two AUX cable inputs coming from the back of the radio. Plus you can sync your phone via Bluetooth to the radio and wirelessly stream your music. I've had mine for about two weeks and love it.
There are also 4 speaker amp outputs a sub amp output. More features than I could ever use.

The "brain" of the radio is actually retrosounds model two radio, if I remember correctly. It seems like they went and made it adaptable to a mopar dash. The specs for the model two radio are 25 watts with 4 channels. I have two kicker 5" speakers in the factory dash hole and two 4 way 6x9's in the rear package tray. It plays loud and clear.
The dials are digital and seem to be pretty touchy. The bumpy roads here in Oklahoma suck with a touchy radio!

No there is a home run if I ever seen one. The wife will eat up all that tech and more within a blink of the eye.
the abilty for extra Amp(s) is awesome and mandatory for myself and the spouse.
    NO DOUBT!

Will this fit in all A-Body's? Especially, a 74 Duster? On their website it seems to go up to a 70 Duster.

They didn't show one for my 70 dart. So I called and they confirmed it would fit. It's totally adjustable which makes it a pain to set up and install. The screen is adjustable up, down, forward and backwards from the buttons. And the knobs are adjustable up,down, left, right, and the depth of how far they stick out. I would bet that it does fit your car.

    Thanks!

Here's one with it powered on.

I got it from mattsclassicbowties on eBay for $339. They sent me the wrong knobs too, even though I messaged him before it shipped to ask about the knobs. Ended up using the OEM AM radio knobs which slid right on.

I like the stock look too. Waiting for the OEM screen protector with the 'Plymouth Solid State' graphics. Will look a lot more OEM.

Dash 4x10 replaced with dual 3.5" two way.
Custom autosound kick panels with 4x6" two way.
Kicker 6x9" three way under the rear package tray, no grilles visible.
Dual 10" woofers in a ported box in the trunk.
1 5 Channel Rockford Fosgate P1000X5 running the whole thing.

I use bluetooth audio from my iPhone. It has USB wired to the glove box. Has a Flash drive input too. Lots of options.

I think the deck has 75x4, but I'm only using the preamp outs. Nice that it has front, rear, and subwoofer preamp out.

Here's a few more pics. Had a few rules for this install. No holes. Nothing that cannot be easily removed. (except for the dynamat)

Still needs a few trim pieces and a door/piano hinge in the floor.

Will keep microfiber towels, etc in the spare tire hole.

Any more updates on your radio? Want to see how the screen protector works.

What made you choose this over the available conversions of the factory radio?

Trying to decide what to do with my 67' Belvedere.

Hey @dboldt I had a question for you regarding installation. I hope you're still around, since this thread is a bit old.

    Anyway...

Once you had everything (buttons, display, shafts) mounted onto the body of the radio and you put it up into your dash, did you use any nuts on the shafts to tighten it to the dash? I hope that made sense.

Or... is the only thing holding the radio in place the strap that attaches to the back?

    Thanks!

. There is an install video on their website it looks like you have to mount it with brackets to bottom of the dash. The install is in a 68valient

Oh, cool. I'll check it out. My son is in the middle of assembling it.

UPDATE: I checked out the video, but that was one the thumb rollers. I have the shafts. I did see how they mounted the strap though. That was good to know.

I just picked one of these up as well. Did he have to trim the bracket were the push buttons would attach? The bracket has two rows on part of it and only one another it seems like it would have to be trimmed for the buttons to line up for installation as far as depth? Just thought I would ask before making a cut..

The L shaped brackets where the shafts attach? Yeah, they needed to be trimmed. I have a thread some where here with tons of pictures.
