clean & dry or a light spray of WD40 or? what do you guys use/recommend? thank you for your time. RR
I do this too. I had a customer testing a crankcase evac system on the dyno. I suggested we check for air leaks. So we pressurized the crankcase with low pressure air and started spraying soapy water everywhere. We were surprised to see the intake manifold bolts leaking. We put sealer on the threads and it sealed them up.I use sealant on the intake bolts so they don't wick oil up,

I googled astroglide & got personal lubricant! EDIT at least I could use whats left over!rods and mains get astroglide® or pam®
