Hey guys, I can't find a spec sheet for these three bolts on how much to tighten them. I also don't know the proper terminology for these type of roller lifters. If someone could educate me it would be appreciated!

I'm sure there's a spec in the factory service manual somewhere. Small bolt doesn't have to be that tight. Not rocket science here. I would snug it with a 1/4" ratchet and call it good. Of course I torque rods, mains and head bolts. everything is done by hand (and with a little common sense).

If the bolt is going into the cast iron block you should be able to use what ever the standard torque is for that size bolt in steel. Google should provide it. I think I'd just snug it up and then a little bit more. As flexible as that sheet metal is, the fasteners are just there to keep it from rattling around, not critical to function.
