You will most likely need to go to a wire storehouse like waytek, spectro or something similar. They have ALL the colors and tracers. While not Mopar exactly; you could probably find the same colors

When I made my dash harness, I marked my wires with either a paint marker or tape to identify as a tracer.
I did order the "hi-impact" violet, pink from Wire barn.

My wiring guy bought a really nice label-maker for all gauge wires [$$]. Everything is labeled for it's use.
