I think your right, looks like a cast iron gear. That's good. No special dist/oil pump drive needed

Cool. Ordered a Herbert C6eh.(2 sizes smaller). Pulled it,because of not having that gear/coating. G.L.W.S. Would absolutely rock ,on a 400+ inch,W2-W-5 combo.

if it is a cast gear...cast gears are pressed on to the billet core....

Your cam card will say if it has a cast gear

yes i would be a great fit for a 400 plus stroker with 300 plus cfm capability.THATS WHY IM SELLING , MY HEADS DONT FLOW ENOUGH TO MAKE THE MOST OF THIS CAM.
