Scat stroker crank, mopar woodruff key...Too Short :/

What do you guys think? I didn't think it was going to be an issue when I purchased the Mopar one, but I guess it was too short. I just wanted to know if I should run it or just go get one that fills it in. Car has timing tensioner, so if I don't have to take it off it saves the hassle.

MP is nont what it used to be. You can get that same key at a good local hardware store - probably for less $$. I think it's fine unless you're driving a blower off the balancer. You can get Mr. Gasket ones that overhang the groove a little - but once the balancer is on it's a press fit and unless there's a big draw off the pulley(s) I can't see it slipping or shearing that hardened key.
