What did you use? The factory used a spray foam type that didn't harden and I can't seam to locate what I need.

3M Seam Sealer is what I used on my minitub. You can apply it with an acid brush.

I used windoweld rope caulk

Adhesive backed foam weather strip on a roll works too. This is what they used in the earlier builds.
Lay it, poke bolts right through it.

black "ultra" sillcone works great. a little hard to get apart in places. probly take a tube per side .?

I want to comment of some of the options mentioned here.

Foam tape: this stuff can trap moisture, better alternatives are readily available.

Silicon: in my opinion, the worst choice. Non paintable and and incredibly difficult to remove. Better alternatives are available, in fact, I would use nothing at all before using silicon.

If you want to go super inexpensive, you can get non silicon, urethane chalking at any hardware store or Walmart.
