She hasn’t Divorced me yet!

...says the man from Modesto CA!

Not many ragtops to be found in Western Washington State - can't imagine why????
I've spent enough time up there I don't need to wonder why... Beautiful.... But no thanks.... I can get a find plenty I don't like about living in California, the weather & scenery aren't on that list...

Donuts this morning!

Then had to take the Halloween decorations down to the road…

I put them on the back seat for Halloween one year, then Christmas, then valentines day.

Well driving it a lot, it’s fun.

I did get the infamous mopar leak… I’ll have to lift it up one of these days to find where the leak is from.

The nice part about a leak is you never really have to change that oil. Just add new oil as it lowers and the oil is always fresh.

Also the drivers side window needs adjusted, it is SUPER tight to roll up and down and has little scratches in the glass, it was super hard to get in the picture but there are scratches. Most are by where the reflection of the mirror is in the glass.

I had a ford like that, I had to add a qt per week.

get a metal drip pan
4 hook magnets from harbor freight
and some roughly 3x4 dog pee pads from amazon.

place the pad in the drip pan then a magnet in all 4 corners. I have 2 under my dart one for the engine and one for the trans.

once I like the placement I take a sharpie and mark the outline of each pan on the floor (or at least a small line on each side) I also have a tire stop and mark the floor for that too. I have to park the dart about 4 inches from the side of the garage to be able to get the minivan in if hail is coming

Had something get all over the car, was kind of sticky? Weird. Cleaned it all off with some meguires quick detailed. I think I’m going to get this thing ceramic coated and maybe some PPF on the hood.

I wish there was a way to not spill gas every time the tank is full
I take paper towels and wrap them around the nozel then push the nozel the rest of the way in.

Also go slow.

Works 75% of the time

Yeah that’s a good idea. Maybe keep some shop towels in the console or the trunk.

Uh, oh! Did you get the wifes permission to take her car to work?
I didn’t take it to work one day and she goes “why didn’t you take the on Wednesday? I was wondering if something happened to it or was wrong with it.”

I just felt like I should drive my truck that day.

That Dart is awesome. And you can get it leak free. These cars don't leak a drop of anything when done right.

Yeah I’ll probably clean up the rear end, then put a new gasket back on it. Hopefully I don’t make a mess when doing it. I hate the smell of gear oil.

Also the car does not like sitting and idling. I went and picked my daughter up from her 5th grade dance today and boy it got hot. I even turned it off for 15 minutes while waiting for the line to start moving.

Yeah you should be able to sit and idle forever even in high heat temps and not have engine get hot. So something is definitely not right there.
