Shock Mount Stud

Does anyone know where I can buy a rear shock mount stud to bolt into the plate (below the axle)that is larger than 5/8 OD? Or do I have to buy the plate and stud one piece?

cut a piece a sheet metal to use as a shim wrapped around the stud.
