I guess you heard the cruise company infuriated the survivors of this mess by offering them a "discount" on their next cruise!!!

How about a refund for this one, a free plane ticket home, and compensation for the crap they caused!!!

Unfortunately, in the small print, the passengers legally have no grounds for compensation. The only thing the cruise line must pay is $50 per suitcase !! Anything offered by Costa they should take for now. Perhaps a large class action suit my find a way through the legal "wall" they have protecting them.
