Shop Construction Question

What's the best and/or easiest way to build off of the interior walls of a steel building like this (photo below)? E.g., hanging stuff off the walls, shelving, etc. Is there an easy way to attach 2x4 structure members to a steel framing configuration like this? @Kern Dog , any thoughts?

There is a company known as HILTI that makes hardened steel “anchors” that can be shot into steel and concrete. You’d need to visit a specialty store for them, you might not find what you need at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Try Grainger or White Cap, maybe even HD Supply.
Framing could be as simple as 2x3 or 2x4 spaced 24 inches apart.
Given that the steel framework of the walls in that picture are not vertical/plumb, it will take a bit of attention to attach true vertical wood framed walls to the steel. The tops of the wood frame can attach to the steel while the bottoms of the walls can be anchored to the concrete.

Thanks! The steel framework actually is level/plumb. I think that top photo applied some type of filter or something that made the lines look crooked. Here's a better one:

I see what you're saying about the tops of the frame attaching to the horizontal steel member. Those are C-channel, so the wood frame could easily slide into that with a sill plate mounting to the concrete floor, then 2x studs on 24" centers. Seems totally doable now that I think about it. Thanks again. Fingers crossed we get this place.

I'm used to building benches, storage shelves, etc. off of wood studded walls, so this steel construction stuff is new to me. I guess with this setup, freestanding benches and storage racks may be the way to go.
 
Is this your shop? What size and if you don't mind me asking how much are you into with concrete?

19 years ago I paid nearly $10 a foot for the concrete work here. That was everything...
I graded the lot level, the contractor dug trenches, formed up, added rebar and 6 x 6 x 10, gravel, placed the concrete and finished it. 1608 sq ft for $16,000.
 
Is this your shop? What size and if you don't mind me asking how much are you into with concrete?

Unfortunately, it's not mine. We hope to be putting an offer on it tomorrow morning. The shop is 30x50. I was just curious how people build out shops that are constructed like this. I've seen a few now at places we've looked at.
