Show That Lowered A-body!

Top one was from Mopar nationals in columbus ohio this past year. Red car is the one I got a lot of ideas from, I saw it couple years earlier. Bottom two were couple cool pics I took, enjoy!

if you look close you can see the skid marks on the pavement from the jaws dropping.....

pics do not do either of these rides justice.....they are sweeeeeet!

I kept some rake in mine, has SS springs, with a lowering front spring hanger. Front has 1.00" torsion bars turned down and aligned.

Love the lowered look on these cars.....totally improves the look of any car without touching anything else on the car. On the flip side, I touched everything on my car...but I think it looks better low.

More pics of your scrapers please.....

The red car is out of Ohio. He's a member here but only has a handful of posts. He posted a couple really good pics of the car in the convertible section.

How did you lower the rear 3.25"?

I put in the DoctorDiff spring offset kit, which has an adjustment to keep stock or lower it 1.25". I also installed the Hotchkis rear leafs and an 8.8 rear, which ended up lowering it 2" once settled. Total yielded me right around 3 1/4". I now installed a HemiDenny K-frame with QA1 coilovers in the front.

So this isn't my car, but I love how it looks and the way it sits. Anyone know anymore about the specs on how he has it sitting like this and wheel/tire size? I want mine to sit this way. Some black D Window Wheels with a red pinstripe sitting at this height would look nasty with my Red Paint and AAR Cuda Stripes.

Thats a nice car man, but lower??
Yup thats the goal. Just have to figure out how. Rear will have to be tubbed to get lower. If I go lower in front, it rubs the fender on full turn. May have to roll the lip to get a lil more out of her.
