Now that is nice. Don't see too many of those around any more.

Here's one of my trucks 1993 CC Dually with the Cummins in it.

Loaded with all the goodies and air suspension.

Love it.

Here's my present project, a '74 Dodge Ramcharger. If this weather here in Colorado will let up for a bit, I'll have it fired up and running by spring and body work done by summer. Ready for paint by late summer.

My friends call it "Orangezilla" and are trying to get me to paint it orange again but I'm really thinking of a dark maroon and flat black motif. I'm hoping for a very torqey 350 hp @ 5000+ rpm. Engine specs are as follows:

.040 over Keith Black Hyperutetic flat tops set up for .040 quench w/Cometic Head Gasket
Measured 10.2:1 comp ratio
Eagle I beam rods
Cast crank turned .010 under and the entire assembley was balanced
Cam is a Crane Cam spun by a Summit Racing double roller timing set with 216/224 degrees duration @ .050 lift and raises the valves by .454/.480. Heads have Crane valve springs and retainers holding the 2.02/1.60 stainless valves shut.
Heads were hand ported by yours truly.
Rockers are Crane Gold 1.6 ratio.
Pushrods are custom length, hardened Summit specials to get the geometry right.
Intake manifold is Edelbrock LD4B soon to be topped with an "Off Road" style Holley or Demon.
Fuel pump is another "Summit Special" rated at 140 gph with a two port billet regulator.
Headers are 1 5/8 primary Headmans, but I may go with Tri-Y Doug Thorley's as torque is of the utmost importance in this build.
Full 2 1/2" exhaust with Dynomax mufflers
A 150 hp shot of N2o is in the works as well (hence the two port regulator).
For those who are wondering, Yes I did open the ring gaps when I built the engine per Keith Black's instructions for N2o use. I've got to show those pesky BMW M3 and M5 owners the "Dodge" stamped in the tailgate when cruising up the mountain, right? :tongue9:

Here's the chassis specs:
3.55 gears in the Dana 44 front axle and corporate 9 1/4 rear axle
33x12.50 A/T's on cheap *** steels, soon to be replaced with some aluminum Mickey Thompsons.
NP203 Full time 4WD transfer case (this sucker is beefy! All cast iron and weighs 175 lbs.)
2.5" Superlift lift kit which eliminates the factory rear blocks.
Haven't decided on shocks yet, but leaning toward remote resevoir Bilstein's
All flexible brake lines will be replaced with SS.
Dash will have a custom made (by me!) aluminum diamond plate insert holding the gauges and where the original wood trim was will be diamond plate as well.
Still debating on installing a 8 point roll cage (black, of course).
Grill will be satin black as well as the push bar/bumper. I may black out the hood and Rhino line the bottom 6 inches of the body.

Flyboy. Looks like you have had some really nice trucks. I have always liked the Dakota. Had a 99 4x4 for a couple of years. Great truck.

Thank's for the time you spent getting my 85 decoded,I was tickled to find out it was a v8 truck.
I am going to west plains tomorrow to bring her home. :toothy7:

Thanks Wilnutt. I have had it 12 years and been fixin him up since. It has Dana 70 rear, Dana 44hd front with 4.10 gears. Later it will get a twin stick N205 transfer. Now does that sound good for a ower wagon?
