hey guys I have a 1970 duster with a completely rebuilt slant six and was wondering what the best turbo setup would be? I'm hoping to make around 350-400hp, the main things I'm hoping to find out is what turbo I should use and what carb? Thanks!

Go on the Slant Six Forum Tons of info on just what you want to know. And More for our A bodies
Of course go read the Forum but don't sell the guys over here short. Read the Forum first then come back to this groups slant six turbo people to see what they are working on and see the evolution of their builds.

I would suggest using one of the throttle body EFI setups, vice blow through carb. The price differential isn't that great, and they have so much more capability.

BorgWarner has a turbo match program:

So does Garret, it's called Booost Adviser, if this link doesn't work, just search that term.

Just doing some napkin level plugging, BW suggests an EFR 6758 or 7064, so you're looking at 54mm inducer/67-70mm exducer, ie a fairly small turbo. The EFR's are a pricey turbo, but the integrated wastegate, ball bearing journals and some of the other features are cool. Regardless, that's the size you're looking for. S/F....Ken M
