What would cause a delayed upshift from 2nd to third? This is a 1964 a-904 pushbutton in a Dart. I checked the fluid and it appears to be overfilled, checking with the engine and trans. warmed up and running.

Kim is correct, also make sure in neutral and warmed up and running.
