Small Block LA Driver Vs. Passenger Side Heads

I have a set of 360 "J" heads and they appear to be identical. I'm assuming each head can be installed on either the passenger or driver's side? i.e, they will work on either side of the block and are reversible. I know, probably a dumb question but better safe than sorry.

They only made 1 head really and it works on either side.

Interchangeable. Now one may've had the front modded for the brackets when it was on one side or the other but that doesn't change that they are the same stock. With Js, shouldn't be a thing to worry 'bout at all.

So they go both ways....

And you can even get bolts to line up upside down but that does not work so well....but they DID use to reverse Ford flathead port sets!
