Just got back from a "trike" ride to the thrift stores. There's a bar next door to one, and a taxi is parked there, empty.

And this begs the question, "Who is" the designated driver in this situation, LOL?

In Detroit, the car thief will be the designated driver... He'll have it stolen before they get done drinking....

Heard this the other day in one of my defensive driving classes.

How about we make the drinking age 16 and the driving age 21? By that time we will know how to drink and then we can learn how to drive.

Needless to say it was from the mouth of a 16 year old.
