No, it's the same basic idea of an airbrush

Next time you get a pop from a fast food restaurant, get a second straw
Put it at a 90 degree angle and blow throw it

Your breath passing by the second straw will create a vacuum which will suck up the pop and spray it


That's how this works
 
Thought it was for folks that want to commit suicide! Just jump in the car and suck on the tube.
 
can multi task, while driving, clean and drive at same time, back seat could be bit akward to do though, lol

Agreed. Try holding two sheets of paper about 1" apart and parallel to each other. Then blow down between the sheets of paper. The sheets will come together. That is Bernellis Principle. As air speed increases, pressure decreases. It's what makes airplanes fly.
