Special socket?

I am getting my 67 Barracuda ready for painting. When I go to pull off the gas cap I find it has odd headed bolts (theft proof?)holding it on. Where can a person find a socket to remove them?

on mine I first used a hand impact driver with a torq socket to loosen them then screwed them out with a ratchet. The reason for the hand impact is that its not a great fit and if they aren't loosened first you will round off the 3 little notches

BUT, if you wanted to buy a set you can get that kinda stuff at a local tool store. if you cant think or find one try a local mechanic who can lead you to where he got his.
