So I have a 1971 Dart swinger with this kind of speedo. Can any one tell me where I can find another one like this one? All I seem to find are way different.

68 up it's a press on cable. Send to speedometer shop. Light oil inside slip ring is probably dried out causing needle to stick and not return to zero if that's the issue. You may be able to remove the speedometer from the cluster yourself, and carefully clean and re oil it with light sewing machine oil to free it up so it zeroes out.
Also the clock spring can rotate not allowing the needle to return to zero. I have this issue with my 70 cluster and need to pull it apart again. Did it once already, but it rotated again due to vibration. Will put a drop of of rtv to hold it next time.

A speedo/gauge shop can run your speedo, make repairs, lube and calibrate for under $200. Check your cable while your at it.
Start a want ad in "Cars and Mopar Parts Wanted. Somebody has a speedo here for you. There's a lot of parts cars around. Oldmanmopar probably has a half dozen. You could contact him through a private message if you didn't want to place an ad.
