Spilled A/C oil

I am restoring my 73 Dart and while I had the A/C unit off it tipped over and some of the refrigerant oil spilled out. How can I find out how much oil is supposed to be in the system?[-(

I don't think it matters that much, because they are supposed to be evacuated first when they get filled and then oil and coolant goes in.
