Hi all.
I have a pair of original spool type engine mounts which I believe are 360 items. when I trial fit them to the 78 360 block I have and 73-75 v8 A body K frame then only two of mounting bolts fit instead of three so therefore the large bolt does not line up in the ears of the K frame if that makes sense.
Anyhow initially can someone tell me if these mounts are correct.
Drivers mount part numbers 3817169,3317233-wh,3817235GR.
Pass mount 3642810.3642818-wh.3817122 GR.
Ps, to use these mounts I would have to grind some of the metal on the sides so both the mounts would essentially come further inwards to the block then the third hole would line up.
Anyone had this before as it don’t seem right grinding them.
Any advise appreciated and will try and post a couple of pics.
