Stanley Cup Playoffs 2012

I hope Brown is busy lookin at tit's all night. The Canucks wont care, wont look at anything but the LA kings net.

Dont be surprised if your Captain has the **** beat outta him tonight...

I wont be surprised by a sweep the way the Nucks are playing. They can still lose the game and cause Brown permanent injury..

However, you may find a different team in front of the King's tonight. A desparete one that LA will likely take for granted.

the Canucks have someone who could do that?
just like the way Sedin fights back when someone makes him look like a little b____?

I am hoping Wednesday nights game between the flyers and penguins is a great one and not full of cheap shots by either team. Some of the hits in game three were pretty shocking. I have not seen a team come unglued like that, that I can remember, since I started watching hockey in 1974. Go Flyers!

And then you have the typical reaction from Sidney Crosby.

Well it doesn't look good for the Nucks, if both Sedins play that should help but Quick could just stand on his head again and it's over. Trading Hogdson sure doesn't look good, now that they needed more scoring with Dan out.

So barring a miracle I guess it's go Flyers :happy1:

The blame for how that game went rests squarely on the refs shoulders. I will state that I am not a fan of either team so I am not biased. The refs let Philly get away with some real cheap shots early in the game. Any team that sees that happening is going to react the way the Pens did. Sort of, If your not going to call it fair, we will take care of things. That's when refs lose control of games. Don't be surprised if you see tonight's game called real close at the start to prevent that from happening again. The Philly fans won't like it much and cry foul and boo the refs, but if they see anything the players will be sitting in the sin bin.

It's always been "Go Bruins", always will be. Not a 'Nucks fan in the least.

I like the Bruins except for Thomas, he has that smug little smirk on his face all the time. It would be so hard to talk to the guy without pounding the crap out of him, like Lapierre on the Nucks :violent1:

Does anyone else think its ridiculous that Shaw from the Hawks gets a 3 game suspension for his hit on Smith?!?!?! Especially when Shea Weber only gets a $2,500 fine for bashing Zetterbergs head into the boards!! This is out of control.. I know its illegal to hit the goalie and i could see a MAX one game suspension because it obviously wasn't intentional.
Anyone else with me on this?

Don't take this as me liking the Hawks, because I don't, but yes. I agree with you. This seems like another case of "Well, since he's not a star player, we'll throw the book at him and make an example." I've seen that same scenario at least once this season against Ian Cole of the Blues.

same here- I hate the Hawks, and I think that suspension is ridiculous.
Shaw got three games, and Smith got the Oscar and the Golden Globe. If he was actually hurting the next day like I heard, it was because of the stupid way he went flying around to draw the penalty.
