During the first quarter of the next New Moon, go outside at 11 PM and face the South. Bend over at the waist to from a 90° angle. Bend the knees at a 45° angle. Then get a hand mirror and hold it between your legs. With a little luck, if all the angles are correct, you should see Uranus.
