Starter replacement with Doug's

What do you need to do to replace the starter on a 68 A body with a 318,mini stater,and Doug's headers? Dp you have to pull the header loose?

it seems to depend on how mini the starter is
I replaced my mini starter with an even smaller one when I put the 408 in and it made a world of difference
I almost want to say it fit with the header in place...but I cant be sure

I've got Doug's on my 340 and I run the '90s Dakota starter. I'm able to remove it without changing a thing.
