steering column cover auto manual?

for columns with the key in them, what are they years and applications you can switch the covers? i need to get rid of my column shifter. i thought they swapped between everything from a-bodies to trucks, but not 100% and have no idea of the years.

I put one from a '70 Duster on my '73 D100, so I know that combination works.

anyone know if the manual cover from an 87 w250 steering column will interchange with a 72 duster column?

You can always just cut the auto stuff off, fiberglass the holes and re-paint, pretty cheap to do.
