If I try step by step from memory I'd surely forget something. I can offer a couple of tips though...
The cars weight and mass is your friend. If you just take the upper arm ecentric bolts out and remove the entire assembly you'll will struggle to split the ball joints especially the lowers. Use apickle fork and a shop hammer to pop all those tapered ball studs.
Identify, mark, photograph, something, for the trosion bars so they go back in same position. I would start with that. Clean and mark the back ends of the T bars and go ahead and remove the retainer wires while there. The preload on the torsion bars acn be your friend also. You would need to remove the upper arm bolts and lower the spindle with a floor jack in order to access the lower ball joint nut. Loosen that nut then jack the assembly back up into place and reinsert bolts. Lower the jack and now the torsion bar is helping seperate the lower joint. Hope that make sense.
When the nuts are removed from the lower arm pivot stud, smack the lower arm with a shop hammer to move it and the T bar backward and out of the rear sockets. Then knock the lower arm forward again and the T bar should practicly fall out.
