Ok, I know this is a loaded question, but can someone give me a detailed run-down of what products I should have on hand before I start to strip the paint off?

This is the deal - I'm about to start working on my Demon clone this fall. the cars in decent condition, but I know I'm going to have to replace the lower driver quarter at a minimum. I already have the basic tools - spray guns, compressor, sanding blocks, grinders, welder, etc. What I'm looking for is a run-down of what products I need to be prepared with go from bare metal to "ready to paint." What are some of the common little thing people don;t think to have on hand before they start - mixing cups, buckets, filters, specialty tools, size/types of tape, etc.?

Ok, next question is applying sealer/paint/primer. take me from bare metal to applying paint - what do you guys recommend I use throughout the body work process? Do I strip just the quarter or panel I'm working on, or strip the whole car, seal it, then strip again as needed to do metal work? This seems to be the most confusing for me - I don't want to have bare metal because of rust, but I also don;t want to have to spray sealer every night when I go to bed when the job is not complete - is that what that "Ospho" stuff is for - and does that have to be wiped off before sealer is sprayed over it?

And finaly, what order do I spray the base/clear? Start on the roof? Paint just fenders/door/quarter, or spray length of the car with one sweep? What areas are painted first/last and how do you decide what areas are masked and painted at a different time - trunk rails, trunk, door jambs, engine bay, etc. Do I paint w/ the fenders on, or paint them separately with hood, trunk lid and hood scoop?

I WILL be reading as much as possible, but what I've read so far still leaves me with questions. I figured a real-world account from some of the guys that have done it will make me feel more comfortable.

Thanks!!
