Stop in for a cup of coffee

Any spirit with "Glen" in the name is good stuff.
Mrs SLO just explained when there is three bottles of good wine in the trash and only two of us drinking then perhaps it is time to no longer text! You boys are the best! Great holiday today! Our X mas ham has two severe chunks missing where I wittled them off this morning for ham and eggs. Figured it was better to ask forgiveness vs permission. That will teach her to sleep in!

12 year old rye? Count me in and thank you all for your service and our freedom.

Good evening folks. The pain in my tooth is still excruciating and I can barely see straight with the intense pain.

I have been trying to keep myself distracted working on images, trying desperately to forget the pain throbbing in my jaw. I have had little success on the pain side but I did manage to scrape out a few images. I am focused on happy and joyous images as the antidote for what I am experiencing.

I did 18 different versions of this one today...this is the one I like best.

Merry Christmas Dave. Sorry about the tooth. Love the image..

Best of luck. I had an abscess tooth once. wow did that suck. Would not wish that on anyone.....well, ok fine, maybe a couple people, but... hopefully you get in and repaired quickly. Mine, they drilled a hole in it to let it drain. Heaven until it filled up again over the weekend with no reprieve.

I’m on antibiotics now. My biggest concern is that no one will be willing to do the extraction until at least 3 days of treatment have passed. That would make it Friday, and I don’t know that I can stand this pain that long.

I can deal with severe pain most of the time having gone through wisdom tooth extraction and a dislocated elbow from a fall without pain killers. But this one is testing my limits of ability.

I keep looking at the pliers in my tool chest and thinking I might do it myself...but I know better.

Nice.

One thing to watch, Wounded Warrior got a bad rep for not actually giving much to actual wounded vets. Only like 20 percent of all funds raised made it to those intended. Most funds went to administrators... or paid actors for endorsements. Now they’ve gotten better since getting busted years ago, but still.

I prefer Wish for Our Heroes. 100 percent volunteer ran and 100 percent of funds make it to vets. They do all sorts of stuff from helping out financially to buying soldiers and their families Christmas gifts or even events tickets.

Which tooth is it? The one that gave me the worse issues was the top front next to the eye tooth. The pain went all the way up into my sinuses and left eye.

You are correct, they have have cleaned up their mess. Wish for heroes is also a good one. Families like ours are easy prey for folks wanting to take advantage of both our generosity and loyalty. Shame but it is the way of the world.

Bottom left molar all the way at the back of the jaw. The pain radiates up through the sinus to the left front eye tooth and outward from the jaw to the lower incisor below it. It also goes down through the entire left jaw bone to the neck at the collar line and outward toward the chin.

It’s like someone hit me in the left jaw with a baseball bat with nails embedded in it repeatedly...and then poured gasoline on it and lit a match.

Wow, hope you feel better soon
