Stop in for a cup of coffee

We went to the local small college Women/Men basketball game. The things I do for Cheryl.
She played her college basketball there and enjoys going to the games. We've had season tickets for years.
Doesn't cost much and keeps her happy...we like to keep them happy.

Well today it seems to be as slow as watching the temperature rise outside :D
Gotta go give her a boot and get her going....money to be made so that I can maintain the lifestyle I'm accustomed too.....

Morning Eric. 40's here today then 60 Sunday, with a fall next week. Nothing though even close to you guys.
Worse I've been was 30 years ago working night shift...outside.
We had a two week spell where it was below -10 to -23 air temp. Who knows what feel like was, but it really didn't matter.
I think back to that and wonder how you guys do it in the great North.
I worked outside so much I learned to hate winter and the cold. You can have the snow and its beauty, I don't care for it.
Couple more years and I'm south for a couple months every winter!!
We are over zero finally, not by much but hey it is a positive number! Going to hide in the shop today with the hound. I might even actually get something done as well. Fancy new in theory correct P/U tube finally showed up from mother Milodon. Perhaps i will fight windage tray and crank bolts to install it all.

We may finally get a little snow Sun/Mon, been a mild winter thankfully.
Yuck - Stones - Glad they're out of there. There musta been a lot of 'em if they're talking in terms of 70% etc. She musta sounded like a bag of jelly beans when she rolled over. My congratulations to your wife for bein' able to deal with it at all; from what I hear about 'em I'd cry like a baby if I hadda pass just one.

Woke up one night in Glendive MT to go catch the midnight-til-noon shift on the rig and the radio said it was -26 with a wind chill of -68. Hadda write a song about that. We'd run the rigs all night just to keep the water circulating and the engines on so everything would freeze solid. Then by the time Mike would show up to catch the noon-to-midnight shift, it was 40 degrees and sunny and we'd be playing frisbee.
I prefer it here. I hear my friends where I used to live, on the other end of the state in the snow belt, are getting sub-zero temps AND feet of snow.

Our liberal friend was puttin' down the 4WDs and my wife told me to tell her about when we took the Cherokee out across the corn field in a foot of snow with 2 feet of muddy fresh plw horizon underneath and snow comin' up over the hood. I sez "Yeah - What in the world were we doing that for?" Sharon said "Don't you remember? We went to pull the snowmobile out when Clyde got it stuck."

Different meter Ron. Think I have all thos sets completed. Man it is freaking cold in the shop but the heater started! What did you get?

We got a sales agreement to sign on our old place! Will you sign to witness our signatures so I can send that back? The two stingy Amishmen got biddin' against each other and we made another 10 grand on the deal! So, out goes us, in come the Amish, and I figure that'll be about it for the deer herd. But heck, Amish have been buyin' up that whole strip anyway, and we're happy to know our place will be back in farm production. That'll look nice.
