If I loosen the bolt I can rotate the hole thing, but the clips are like new and are very tight on the capCan you turn it at all by hand? Up down side to side?

Lol I’m sureYou fucked something up then no idea what. We pretty much covered it all that can do it, loose distrib, bent shaft, rotor not seated and cap not seated now I am lost. Still pull the rotor and put the cap on and see????
