Stop in for a cup of coffee

I'm quite sure no one gives 2 chits, but here's a little sewing table i made for the wife. She's up to 4 machines now and still dreaming!. Almost like a Mopar addiction.

I have a tough time catching up in the mornings. I usually cruise around looking at the sale ads and when I get back here it's 3 pages later. Most of the time I say a generic "Hello" and struggle at personal greetings.

That's what you get for being a mod.

I swear, when I go over to FEBO, I'm so busy correcting posts without pics, location, and/or price and having to remind everyone of the rules for selling something that sometimes it takes the enjoyment out of the rest of the site.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy being a mod it just gets tiring to remind adults to read first.

And the moral of the story is, don't be a FEBO mod...

Mitch, you're over there. You see the amount of posts that people put up without pics or price or location or all three. The first place I go when I sign on is to the for sale threads to make sure everyone is posting by the rules.

I was telling Mike, that going to for sale sections on the site is pretty much par for the course when you first sign on.

Truthfully, I'd rather be looking at the members' restorations threads, but when you spend the first half hour or hour on the site, it get's somewhat tiring having to correct people who, clearly, can read, but choose not to.

And then, pile on the PM's from the members who don't want to have to follow the rules and act like children... it gets to take the fun out of the site sometimes.

I was gonna say... looked like an awesome joining job. Well, at least you had fun welding

My woodworking skills are novice at best. But building stuff sure beats the hell out of paying for something that aint exactly what she wants.. and then building one later.

I'm on yur hip. People need to pay attention more. Just look at the people who post in a thread, without reading the previous posts, and end up making no sense. Laziness at its best.

Ha... I would have discovered yesterday had I pulled that cover and got started on the teardown. 1 extra day of stress, will probably shorten my life !! LOL

Karl - you take an extra hit of NoDoz tonight? youz all over the forum... LOL

No, I'm left all alone...

One kid working and the other went to the auto show with his friends...

I may go hang with my friend Doug for a bit...

I already completed the wires for the voltage regulator and ballast resistor, now just a few more pig tails to go and hopefully I can wrap the wires in electrical tape and neaten everything up...

What does she sew???

You should get her into doing interiors.... :poke:

She's done airplane and boats interiors. Not her bag tho. She's more i to intricate wedding dresses and stuff. I got a machine that can do some light interior stuff, but i need a walking foot machine if I'm gonna try any serious stuff. And good ones are kinda steep..
