It's a bit recycled now. Doesn't look near as good as it did last night..
We made a roast on Friday. A first for both of us. Turned out really delicious! Set oven to 250* F, salt and pepper on the roast, brown the roast all around in butter in a skillet, jam a steak thermometer in it and bake until it's 150* F inside.

I was going to add a "Not the morning after" clause, but didn't want to go there....

I appreciate the offer. We'll see what happens when we get a date. I was just joking about kidnapping Rani, but she might actually want to go.
The date is still up in the air depends on OMR. Looks like Mitch, Tike, Keith, Rammeth and of course OMR will be here. Mitch has dibs on the rv but he will share I am sure it sleeps 6, 3 adults comfortably.
