My wife got a foam roll. Probably about 6inch diameter and a few feet long. I dont have much back problems, but when I do I can usually lay on that and get the kinks out.
Interesting. From her neck to her tail bone?
We got one of those temperpedic mattresses works great when I am allowed there.
