Stop in for a cup of coffee

A drunk goes up to a parking meter and deposits a quarter...

The meter reads 60, he says, "Hey look, I lost 100 pounds..."

Good morning. I REALLY wanted to take a crazy day today, but already used a couple this year. Getting to mid 50s here today. Then we get cold again for the end of the week.

Two drunks are walking down the street in New York. One of them stumbled down the entrance to the subway, the other keeps walking and waits for his friend at the exit.

His friend comes out and he asks him, "Where have you been?"

His friend replies, "I ended up in some guy's basement... You should see his train set...."

We're back to cold again... :violent1:

Mornin' folks!

Just spent a few hours talking to the kids at a local school (ages 12-16) about my "career". I was asked by a teacher friend. They wanted people from the "real world" to talk about their lives, education and career.

It was really rewarding. And they actually listened to me. Well, for the most part.

Cool. Getting teens to listen to anything useful is good.
Other planets are real worlds too!

The news just said today is national peanut lover's day! I am a peanut junkie.
And I already packed something else for lunch... Oh well.
On that note, time for me to get moving.

Dropped in to say good morning good morning :coffee2:
We have a thunder storm moving in at 7am (two hours out still) we need the rain, warm at 57 this morning :coffee2:

Yes, it really was pretty cool. I'm seriously considering a career change, too. Going from engineer to teaching. So this was a valuable insight into that role.

Hey Mitch. Got a lot of the parts for the tester yesterday! About 1/2 of what I need. Those small 12 v batteries are cool about 2/3 the length of a AA batt. 23A They are. Wonder how long they will last doing gauges out of the car.

I think he means on the road! Morning Rani!

I just don't plate them all but I have a bunch that would be close to the road after maybe a battery and some new tires and some gas.

My county made the price of plates go way up so it's kina a wet diaper now. They say the extra money goes to road repair yet the roads here are still crap :???:

Cool. Reassembling the column today, Dash comes out tomorrow. Still waiting on parts for the Firechicken.

I believe he has to have plates on them to have them on the property. That would suck .
