Stop in for a cup of coffee

Opps you are right he does some awesome stuff. It would be cool to print out and hang in the shop.

I have a logo for my little Motorsports Co. I wonder if I send him some Jerky, he can embellish upon existing work ?

Morning Anders,

Congrats on the membership..

Im in the same boat as you right now.. My car is lighter in the front end, I've been working on getting the engine back together so that I can have some fun... I can just see driving season coming up fast and my car not being back together.

I hear that my trans kicked my ***. I really wanted to pull the engine and do the compartment but not happening this year. What the heck it is a low budget rat rod sleeper anyhow! I will be lucky to get the other hood together this spring.

don't worry - I'll push you to getting it done! we are at nearly the same place with our cars.. so I am keeping an eye on you...

Thanks!

I've actually got most of the work left. But I'm considering redoing the engine even though it was just rebuilt. I'm looking for a really high torque engine and not one that has a lot of power in the high revs.

What do I do to get that?

Thanks!

Prob a cam would be a good start. Karl would know what to add if you give him the specs of what you have.

LOL - I have two of them and after reading that post in your thread, I am concerned that I can't use mine - you should see about selling it, they are kind of expensive

I double checked my pan last night and sure thing I have that stupid indent. I thought about just using a bunch of RTV, but I dont like doing that when I can just get the gaskets...

Now Im trying to find a pan gasket that isnt cork that I can reuse if I have to.

I'll throw it up on the board eventually.

so a low end stump puller so to speak? off the line good and strong and still pulling through the 1/8th...?
Thanks!

I've read this thread:

http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=335833

It's actually a thread where a swede wants a high-torque 360. :)

I don't really know how engines work so I'd really like an "Internal combustion engines for dummies".

How do compression, runner length, cam data, head flow, exhaust length and other stuff affect the engines' performance.

I suppose there's a lot to be found on the Internet but I figure why not ask this crowd?

If it's not the right forum, I'd happily start a thread elswhere. :)
